Job Description:
● We are looking for a B2B Marketing Operations Lead with strong B2B Marketing Fundamentals with relevant 3+
years of experience in handling Third Party and Homegrown Event operations(Pre-Mid-Post), Event Scouting,
Webinar Management, Targeted Email Marketing , Marketing Agency Management, Marketing Automation
processes knowledge( HubSpot).
● A goal oriented person who believes Marketing can drive ROI and has a data driven approach would be an ideal
fit.
● Experience in Demand Generation via different sources – Event, Webinar, Email, other lead generation activities in
B2B niche
● The Right candidate would be accountable for Successful ROI driven End-to-End Event Management
● Homegrown Events, Webinars, Third party events ( Remote, Physical- Global) .Targeted Email Marketing Campaigns to our Targeted account’s Personas – for India and APAC region.
● Tight Alignment with cross functional teams
● Establish a Process of enreap Prospect Account’s Contact Database creation, refinement and management
● Own Marketing Automation Processes for Lead generation and Nurturing by tightly collaborating with Sales.
● Internally align with Design, Product Marketing on creation of Infographics, Case Studies, Blogs, eBooks etc.
● Align with Customers’ Product Teams/OEM to Create Trust factors for enreap – Case Studies, Testimonials,
White Papers etc.
● Manage Marketing Agency’s Freelancers to roll out Deliverables- Pages, Blogs, Case studies etc. with Faster Turnaround time.
● Write Quality Content pieces and Social Media Posts(LinkedIn) ( Story oriented) and ability to simplify complexities into simpler words.
Requirements
➔ Worked as a B2B Marketing Operations for 3+years ( Software Company background preferred)
➔ Email Marketing experience for India, Asian markets ( CXO persona specific experience preferred)
➔ Experienced in conducting 10+ B2B Events with an ROI focus or Success matrix.
➔ Handled a B2B marketing Agency in previous roles to drive Website management and Content deliverables.
➔ Strong Understanding of Account’s Contact Database creation, refinement and feedback processes for Targeted email campaigns
➔ Very Comfortable in Cross Functional alignment and a proven experience of strong interpersonal skills.
➔ Ability to write insightful content pieces for a complex persona is an added advantage.
Skillset:
B2B Marketing, Event Management, B2B IT, CIO targeting events/campaign, [must have experience in physical events]
Mandatory:

  • Experience in conducting 10+ B2B Events, Physical events, Webinars
  • 3+yr experience into marketing preferred if worked in IT services
  • Experience in B2B marketing Agency / demand generation agency or insight sales management experience.
  • Ownership, Willing to go extra mile, Willing to learn new things
