About the Role
The Atlassian Pre-sales Consultant spearheads technical pre-sales activities for enreap, imparting industry, technical, and product knowledge to our customers via exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. The Pre-sales Consultant works collaboratively with the Sales team and our Partners, assisting in the formulation of formal sales proposals, and presenting our range of product offerings at a technical level. The role also encompasses responsibility for technical enablement within our organization.Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and devise comprehensive end-to-end solutions for prospective clients.
- Assist in qualifying opportunities and/or identifying target accounts.
- Support the technical qualification of sales opportunities.
- Provide succinct and accurate responses to technical queries in RFI/RFP.
- Develop POC implementation plans and deliver successful Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Represent enreap at external and internal customer-facing events.
- Cultivate a technical relationship with prospects or existing customers.
- Engage in various status calls and maintain ownership of Pre-sales processes.
- Proactively create robust partnerships with assigned sales counterparts.
- Understand, track, and document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers, advocating for development internally by documenting and sharing with product management.
- Continuously learn, develop, and refine your pre-sales and product, solution, and platform offering knowledge as our Atlassian products evolve.
Prerequisite
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pre-sales consultant role, or a similar position, with a proven track record.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Atlassian Products and Solutions around DevOps, ITSM and Agile
- Outstanding presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- A highly motivated, competitive individual with a robust aptitude for learning technology.
- Ability to grasp enreap’s product offerings and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
- Familiarity with widely used Sales and solution-selling concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, both internally and externally.
- Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated, with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
- Self-starter with solid follow-through, multi-tasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Good-to-Haves
- Certification in Atlassian products ( or showing willingness on getting certified in 2-3 months after joining us)
- ITIL, Agile, PMP, or other relevant industry certifications
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, or sales enablement tools like HubSpot
- Prior exposure to working in the tech sector or a software-based environment, bringing industry-specific insight and understanding.
- Experience in conducting training or workshops for Atlassian products
- Understanding of enterprise software integrations and API, offering an edge in crafting integrated solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in cloud computing and digital transformation
- Participation in professional networking and industry-specific events
