Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Credapp Software Private Limited is a Private Limited Company, incorporated on 04 December 2018. They are a mobile application platform that allows users to get personalized greetings with their company logo, details, and product/service information. They offer services on a subscription-based model and are serving more than 35000 clients. They’ve grown at a rapid pace over the last couple of years and now serve clients across India. In an era when marketing and branding are a must to grow any business, it is natural that brands are leaning towards advertising agencies, to market their business and that’s where Credapp Software Private Limited helps its clients. They have developed software (BrandSpot365) that is the answer to businesses who are looking at marketing themselves without spending big money on advertising.

enreap Approach

After a thorough analysis of the existing process and ecosystem, enreap identified the gaps and suggested replacing their current server provider with the AWS cloud ecosystem. enreap experts suggested migrating their system to AWS for better availability and reliability. And with the external security elements that come along with AWS, this was the best option that would help BrandSpot365. As an AWS Consulting partner - enreap’s expertise with respect to AWS consulting, cloud migration services, and implementation in developing its complete infrastructure, including 3 servers to AWS cloud would enhance their overall security to a whole new level.

The Solution

After a detailed analysis of the existing tools, problems and processes, enreap suggested the implementation of JIRA Service Management (Jira Service Desk back then) with specific customizations designed to address their unique business needs. Also added another layer of visibility to the ongoing projects to make sure that there are no loopholes or even a slight scope of miscommunication which could well cause a big project failure, enreap also integrated Confluence into the mix.

We proposed to use AWS Cloud which has 99.99% availability.

Amazon EC2 was leveraged as it provided resizable compute capacity in the AWS cloud. By offering IaaS, it also provided complete control of computing resources, which could be scaled as per requirement

AWS IAM was used to manage access to AWS services and resources securely

Microsoft SQL Servers, their main database management system, which they were running was migrated in negligible downtime.

Amazon Aurora, which is fully managed by Amazon RDS, was leveraged. This provides security, reliability, and high availability. Amazon RDS automates time-consuming administrative tasks too

Being a Startup, security was a critical factor. AWS WAF was used to help protect web applications or APIs against attacks that could impact availability and security along with consuming excessive resources

Amazon CloudWatch was used to monitor the applications and alerts in case of any changes in resource utilization or unhealthy servers, wherein timely action could be taken
