Jr. Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Operations Executive to join our dynamic
marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will be responsible for owning and managing our
marketing data, CRM database, marketing reports, coordinating with OEMs, executing email campaigns, and
optimizing our marketing efforts using HubSpot automation. You will play a crucial role in driving our
marketing success by ensuring accurate data, seamless processes, and effective campaign execution.

Job Description
● Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns, drip campaigns, newsletter including audience
segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
● Own CRM Data and target to expand it with strategic bifurcation by industry, designation, region
● Own monthly Email performance reporting across industries and Quarterly operational reporting including
not limited to email health, leads and engagement
● Understand the lead life cycle across the platforms and do monthly and quarterly lead audits
● Collect and Organize Marketing Insight data like cycle time, ticket size, by solution/product/region,
● Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, streamlining processes
and improving campaign efficiency.
● Passion for conversion optimization, results and metrics
● Maintaining Marketing Dashboards to keep track of Inbound channel wise efficiency, Outbound BDR and
segment efficiency and Marketing to Sales Handover efficiency
● Ability to write and proofread compelling content for diverse marketing distributions (brochures,
press releases, website material, Flyers, Emails, Webinars etc.)
● Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional
activities
● Coordinate with OEMs to develop and implement joint marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with
brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
● Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for
management
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in
marketing operations.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in working on marketing automation technologies like HubSpot, Marketo,
  • Advanced Excel and reporting expertise, and knowledge of marketing automation reporting is a must
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication
  •  Experience in working with Global teams
  • 1-2 years of experience with ZoomInfo familiarity with ABM platforms like Folloze and demand base
  • Work closely with the demand generation marketers and provide them with Operational support
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
● HubSpot certifications or similar marketing automation platform certifications.
● Experience working with OEMs and coordinating joint marketing initiatives.
● Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
