enreap took an holistic approach towards the challenges faced by Zafin and possible
to Business Impact to draw out the solution.
They were using multiple Atlassian Cloud instances from last year, but they failed to increase
productivity. Antuit was looking to create a complete backlog to streamline its offerings.
Keeping this in mind, they approached enreap to get expert help to bring the best Industry

The client has JIRA on the cloud - for internal and for customers and was looking to merge it.
JSD was used for segregating client discussions and necessary collaboration with developers in JIRA software, pushing CR & Bugs to the respective team's backlog.
The code was managed on a bitbucket instance and managed GITHUB of this. They shared the configurations & Data size for that.
Looking for recommendations on using Big Picture or Portfolio plugin based on the use cases shared by the PM & Executive team.
Include Zephyr for the QA team & Atlassian access for Azure AD integration

How did we streamline the process?
To facilitate and fast track enreap conducted a two-day workshop with an Antuit
consultant and understood their expectations from the tools and the process they intended
to implement. They conducted face-to-face discussions with the stakeholders. This also
helped Antuit to understand the flexibility provided by the Atlassian suite and best practices
to use them.Based on the analysis, the enreap-experts identified the gaps and suggested a
comprehensive solution.
To Streamline the process, we structured a complete CI process and Bitbucket integration with Jira Workflow.
There were two Bitbucket instances on the Atlassian cloud - one internal and the other for one customer. Migration of repository/Source Code to new Antuit Bitbucket instance
A separate GITHUB instance and they were expecting the code to be merged to the Bitbucket instance.
To enhance productivity, our team integrated ALM 1. Confluence, 2. Jira, 3. Jira Service Desk, 4. Zephyr test case management for the QA team, 5. Atlassian Access for Azure AD integration
