Plan and execute a sprint due to miscalculation in efforts and resources estimation, required for a particular project

The Solution

We started with POC and created a separate New project in the Jira and mapped the SharePoint dumps to provide the right solution. We installed and set up Jira Software for both production & UAT environments and ended the migration process

We created 15-20 customized workflows and created multiple subtasks within each workflow to make sure that the progress was on track

Customized email push notifications and reminders using Script Runner. Extensively used filter subscription for notifications

Script Runner Integration: Integrated Script Runner with Jira Software for multiple script writing

Implemented and used the Time-to-SLA plugin extensively to reduce SLAs

The enreap team achieved the migration with minimal downtime of the SharePoint System to Jira. The team migrated all the SharePoint Tickets with its data to Jira Applications without any implications
